Shipping

All orders from the NUADA Online Catalog will be shipped (within the United States) using UPS. All items are shipped insured for their full retail value and we recommend that you use UPS Ground Service. While UPS Next-Day and Second-Day services are also available, please contact us to verify that your merchandise is available and can be shipped immediately before selecting any of those options.

In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the date you place your order. Special order items will be shipped as soon as they are available from the supplier - typically in 2-4 weeks.

Some of our items require that you specify a color or size when ordering. Please be aware that although this system may indicate that these items are in-stock, your particular size and/or color may need to be ordered from the supplier. If any items from your order are not currently in-stock, we will let you know as soon as we process your order and provide you with estimated shipping dates.
