Words have been cherished in Ireland since the first lines were carved on Ogham stones and they are celebrated in song, poetry and the art of everyday conversation.  After years in decline, Gaelic is experiencing a resurgence and its beauty can be seen in the award-winning designs of the Scriobh Collection, which are handmade at the Wild Goose Studio.

 

Each piece is handmade by skilled artisans at Wild Goose Studio, Kinsale, County Cork, and is formed from cast iron, with a resin and ceramic core for lightweight strength.  Framed, approximately 11.5" x 8.5".
